Cabur is the leading company in Italy in the field of modular terminal blocks for electrical panels. Over the years, Cabur has built on its strengths and has added other products including electronic products, installation products, photovoltaic system solutions, and industrial marking systems.
Today, relay interface modules and analogue converters account for just a small part of the vast range of electronic products that Cabur offers (certified by International Certifying Bodies, including KEMA and UL). Cabur’s line of power supplies is the most advanced and complete available in Italy, making it thelargest national manufacturer of DIN-rail power supplies.
Its installation products include a wide set of solutions for civil and industrial systems that further enhance the possibilities offered for the electronic equipment distribution sector. Since 2007, Cabur has also offered a range of products to connect and protect photovoltaic systems, with the objective of providing solutions that comply with the highest safety and quality standards whilst taking advantage of renewable energy sources.
Thanks to targeted investments in research and development of advanced solutions, in 2010 Cabur introduced its innovativeCaburJet printer along with a range of products for industrial marking.

1963
After its beginnings as a manufacturer of almost hand-made products, specialising in steatite modular terminal blocks, Cabur took its first step towards change. The Company was continually expanding and supplying the main operators in the industrial energy, chemical and telecommunications sectors and so it moved to the 6,000 square metre plant in Albissola Marina in the province of Savona, where it would remain until 2005.
1993
Increasing success led to the second major turning point in Cabur’s history: to traditional terminal blocks is added a line of electronic products that further cements the company’s importance in Italian and foreign markets.
1998
A new logistics centre covering 1,400 square metres is opened in Zibido San Giacomo near Milan. It becomes the company’s centralised warehouse for shipping activities in Italy and overseas, while the headquarters in Albissola is able to concentrate on production activities.
2001
To respond to increasing international demand, the Cabur Latin America Ltda branch is opened in Brazil.
2006
Doubling turnover in four years, Cabur, an Italian company in the midst of foreign competition, made further investments to open a new 11,470 square metre plant (8,000 of which is covered) in Altare in the province of Savona. Once again the manufacturing activities at Albissola are combined with the logistics activities at Zibido.The new location allows the company to further improve both production flow and logistics services, while doubling the warehouse area and providing three automated pick-up systems.
2007
Cabur opens the new Cabur France branch, near Lyon.
2008
The Cabur Solar line is born, offering a range of items connections and wiring of photovoltaic systems.
2010
A line of Industrial Marking Systems is announced, with the introduction of the innovative CaburJet printer, 100% designed and produced in Italy, at the Cabur plant in Altare.
2011
The Cabur Romania branch opens in Bucharest.
